How do I pay Serbia tolls?

The Serbia tolls system involves the payment of a fee based on the number of kilometers traveled and the category of the vehicle. These taxes are collected at the 65 toll points on the 820 km of highway in the country.

When you enter the highway, you receive a magnetic card, and at the end of the journey you present it at the toll station at the highway exit and pay the Serbia motorway tolls.

These fares apply on the routes>

  • E75 Belgrad – Novi Sad;
  • E70 Novi Sad – Subotica;
  • E75 Belgrad – Niš;
  • E70 Belgrad – Šid;
  • E75 Niš – Leskovac.

An advantage of this system is that you can pay directly at the toll stations on the motorway.

Tolls Serbia can be paid in dinars or euros, either in cash or with a bank card.

TAG charging device

It is possible to purchase your TAG charging device to avoid stops on the motorway at toll stations.

TAG equipment is purchased in advance and costs £14.89.

These are placed on the windshield of the car and automatically withdraw the money related to the highway tax. It must be loaded with the desired amount before setting off.

The categories of vehicles with a maximum authorized mass of less than 3.5 T are:
